Description

Crunchy lettuce is a cross between cos and iceberg lettuce, combining the advantages of both types of lettuce. The elongated, intensely green leaves have a crunchy bite, sweet taste and excellent shelf life. Calesita RZ is a compact large Crunchy lettuce for outdoor cultivation with a cylindrical shape and very flat, break-resistant ribs for easy harvesting and mechanical packaging. The variety is strong against bolting and tipburn.
