Instructions for registration in the webshop

Before you start your registration, we would like to explain step by step how the registration process in our webshop works and what you need to bear in mind.

1. Create your personal corporate customer account
To order via the webshop or to view your prices, you must first register. Without registering, you can browse the shop and view our products, but you will not be able to view prices or add products to your shopping cart. To create an account, please click on the “Register” tab in the top right-hand corner of this page. A window will then open in which you can enter your e-mail address and then assign your password. After entering your e-mail address and password, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address. After this step, you can complete your account by entering your contact and company details.


2. Activate your corporate customer account
Once you have entered your company details, we will process your registration. We will check whether your company has worked with us before so that we can display your individual prices in the webshop.
We will process this as quickly as possible. We will notify you as soon as your account is ready for buying in the webshop and you can then start ordering.


3. Use your corporate customer account
Once we have activated your corporate customer account, you will have access to the prices in the webshop and can add products to your shopping cart and place your order.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)


I am not a trader, can I still buy seeds?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. We only sell seeds to commercial businesses and not to private individuals.

How long does it take for my user account to be activated for orders?
Once you have registered, we will check your details as quickly as possible and provide you with your prices. This usually takes a maximum of 1 working day.

Can I order any Rijk Zwaan product in the webshop?
Unfortunately, we cannot sell some square meter varieties via our webshop. You can contact us directly for this. If you are interested in a specific product that cannot be ordered, click on the “Contact a representative” button on the product page. You can then fill out the contact form and request the product.

I have forgotten my password for my user account. What can I do?
Click on Log in and then “Forgot your password?” You can reset your password here.

How can I contact Rijk Zwaan?

I accidentally ordered too much seed, can I return it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return seeds with a credit note.
