Description
Bridge RZ is a parthenocarpic gherkin with spiked fruits in a length/thickness ratio of 3.1:1. The early variety has an open growth for easy picking and produces high yields of dark green fruits especially in fine grading. It is robust and healthy and has a good regenerative capacity. The crunchy fruits have a firm skin, a very good internal quality and an excellent aromatic taste. Bridge RZ is suitable for the fresh market as well as for processing.
