Cisko RZ is a slow growing celeriac variety for the fresh market. The tuber is round, has smooth, firm skin and firm, very white flesh almost without internal hollowing. The root base is deep and concentrated at the bottom of the tuber. Cisko RZ produces high yields, has a high dry matter content and can be stored well.
