Otago RZ is a celeriac suitable for both industry and the fresh market. The very round, smooth and firm tuber has a very good internal quality due to its white, very firm flesh. The dark leaves are healthy with upright growth; the root setting is deep and concentrated at the bottom of the tuber. Otago RZ has a high dry matter content and is particularly well suited for long-term storage.
